Juvenile Transportation*

Mid-Plains Center works with Districts 9 and 10 to provide Juvenile Transportation Services. Transports are provided to juvenile probation consumers 7 days a week to locations across Nebraska. In 2019, drivers safely and efficiently transported consumers over 62,000 miles.
Transportation Staff:
- Utilize a dispatch management system to assign, track, and record scheduled transports on a shared transportation calendar.
- Are specially trained in defensive driving, adolescent behavior management, and crisis de-escalation.
Consumers are transported to a variety of destinations, including:
- Court Hearings
- Therapy Appointments
- Medication Management Appointments
- Treatment Centers
- Youth Intensive Outpatient Programs
- Home Visits
- Probation Meetings
